Located in Des Moines, IAGENERAL RESPONSIBILITIES:
A NOC Developer I is responsible for the administration and continual development of existing application platforms in a small team environment.
Responsibilities:
o Detailed data entry into all NOC Tools & Development Managed applications.
o Actively work with NOC, HFC NOC, OSS, IT, IP Engineering, IP Design, 3 rd party service providers, and field staff on problem resolution activities for applications supporting service infrastructure that delivers Video, High Speed Data, and Telephony services.
o Maintain service level agreements by adhering to NOC escalation time lines and continuous re-assessment of ongoing issues.
o Adhere to company and department policies and practices in an effort to assure prompt resolution to identified problemso Meet project deadlines related to development activities, and provide project feedback on a regular basis.
o When offered, attend training related to NOC tool development and administration.
Some travel required.
o Other duties as assigned.
PREFERRED EXPERIENCE/SKILLS:
o Four year college degree in computer science, related field, or equivalent, preferred.
o 2
years' experience working with Network Management Technologies.
o 1
years' experience working in a 7x24x365 support environment.
o Experience with HTML, PHP, SQL, Linux (RHEL), VMWare, Python, and JavaScript preferred.
o Knowledge of CMDB concepts.
o Knowledge of Scrum or Agile development concepts.
o Excellent communication (written, verbal) and interpersonal skills.
o Detail oriented.
o Ability to work under stress, multitasking while following detailed procedures while displaying good decision making skills.
o Past experience with NOC operations.
o Cable TV/Broadband and/or Telecommunications experience a plus.
Recommended Skills Administration Agile Methodology Attention To Detail Communication Data Entry Decision Making Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.

The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
